History Mystery: The Lost Colony of Roanoke

The first English settlement in the Americas is often forgotten by history books. Jamestown, we're told, was the start of what would become the United States. 20 years earlier though a colony of over 100 people tried to make their home in North America. They mysteriously disappeared a short time later. What happened to them?
